Clients: Oschner Health and Delgado Community College

Description We designed and facilitated two accredited Community Health Worker trainings for Oschner Health's workforce development in coordination with Delgado Community College in New Orleans. Students received college credit from Delgado while being paid by Oschner to attend the 8-week long training while working in the health system.
