Laura Buckley, LSW (she/her)
Laura Buckley, Founder and Managing Director of Buckley Collaborative, is a passionate and strengths-based leader who has demonstrated experience empowering individuals, building successful teams, implementing effective programs, and creating lasting impact. Laura uses her social work background and years as a direct-care provider and non-profit leader to support whole-person care across systems. Laura honed these skills working across the globe in various sectors, including healthcare, housing, behavioral health, criminal justice, and child welfare. Read more about Laura.

Gladys Antelo-Allen, LPN (she/her)
Gladys is a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New Jersey who brings a decade’s worth of experience in the healthcare and social services field with roles ranging in care management as a Nurse Care Coordinator working within the Population Health realm, to an Associate Director within a social service non profit organization.

Emet Bergman, LCSW (they/them)
Emet Bergman is the founder of Transformative Psychotherapy LLC and a frequent collaborator with Buckley Collaborative. Emet’s lived experience as a non-binary transmasculine queer licensed clinical social worker informs their politicized, anti-oppression approach to psychotherapy with queer and trans youth and families across the state of PA. They are trained in adult learning and SEL practices and are committed to using a harm reduction approach, supporting folk to explore their experiences with drugs/drug use and sex work within the safety of a relational and dynamic therapeutic relationship.

Rachel Fox, PA-C MHS AAHIVS (she/they)
Rachel is a Buckley Collaborative advisor and board-certified Physician Assistant and HIV Specialist working at the intersection of substance use, infectious disease, and community organizing since completing her medical training at Drexel University in 2014. Rachel currently serves as the Program Director of Drexel HOPE, a mobile MOUD linkage program funded by the SAMHSA minority AIDS initiative, in addition to providing HIV primary care and gender affirming care at Drexel University’s Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice.

LaTonya Oliver, LSW (she/her)
LaTonya is a Buckley Collaborative consultant and the Founder and owner of O.A.R. Counseling & Consulting Services. She is a visionary servant leader with experience in executive healthcare leadership and strategic planning with a passion towards individualized coaching. Her skills include strategic business development and operational implementation, including knowledge of strategic, operational and financial issues within community and hospital based sectors.Her passions include teaching to dismantle white supremacy and reduce biases to create more sustainable environments embedded in equity and justice.

Ariana Zeno, LCSW, MCP (she/her)
Ariana is a Buckley Collaborative consultant and licensed clinical social worker. Her approach is compassionate, humorous and committed to finding what works best for people to live their life more fully. Her private therapy practice works with adults and couples working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and queer folks exploring questions of gender identity and sexuality. In addition to her private practice, Ariana also provides crisis management and care coordination in emergency room and outpatient settings.
